Biography
Dr. Hui Wang is a Professor at the Department of Pathogen Biology and Immunology, Xuzhou Medical University. He received his PhD in Immunology from the University of Gothenburg in 2012. Supported by an international postdoctoral fellowship from the Swedish Research Council, he completed his postdoctoral training at MD Anderson Cancer Center under the supervision of renowned immunologists Dr. Chen Dong and Dr. Shao-Cong Sun. He is currently also a visiting scholar at Karolinska Institutet.
His research focuses on immune cell differentiation and modulation, with particular emphasis on lymphocytes and microglia. He has published over 58 SCI-indexed papers, with more than 2,100 citations and an H-index of 27. He also serves as a reviewer for international journals including Allergy and Mucosal Immunology.
