Biography
Prof. Dr. LI HuiJuan is working for the Research Center for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (Xuzhou Medical University). She is the Principal Investigator of the psychiatric genetics and brain development research group. She received her Ph.D. diploma in genetics from the Kunming Institute of Zoology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and carried out post-doc research work at Fudan University in the field of stem cell and brain organoids. She has studied the pathogenesis of psychiatric disorders from the perspectives of genetics and human brain development. She has published more than 15 SCI papers, with 4 first or corresponding authorship papers in top academic journals such as JAMA Psychiatry, Schizophrenia Bulletin, Neuropsychopharmacology, Translational Psychiatry.
