Biography

Professor Ruiqin Yao, PhD, Doctoral Supervisor, Director of the Department of Neurobiology and Neurobiology Laboratory at Xuzhou Medical University. She is a Tier-3 talent of Jiangsu “333 Project”, high-level talent of Jiangsu “Six Talent Peaks” Program, and Young and Middle-aged Academic Leader of Jiangsu “Qinglan Project”. Her research centers on mechanisms and intervention strategies for central white matter lesions. She has undertaken four NSFC projects and participated in the national key special project on stem cells and translational medicine, published over 60 SCI papers as corresponding author in Advanced Science, Cellular & Molecular Immunology, Journal of Neuroinflammation, Brain, Behavior, and Immunity and other peer-reviewed journals.
