Biography
Dr. Yanyan Fu is an Associate Professor at the School of Basic Medicine and Life Sciences, Xuzhou Medical University. She received her Master of Medicine in Genetics from Chongqing Medical University in 2005. Prior to that, she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Clinical Medicine from Wuhan University of Science and Technology in 2002.
Her research focuses on neuroinflammation and immunopharmacology, particularly the regulation of cognitive deficits and neuroinflammatory responses using natural compounds. She has served as Principal Investigator for one project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (Youth Program) and one project funded by the Natural Science Foundation of Jiangsu Province (Youth Program). He has published over 7 SCI-indexed papers.
