Biography

Dr. Jiaju Qiao is a lecturer at Xuzhou Medical University and a member of the Communist Party of China. She primarily teaches courses including Industrial Microbiology, Fermentation and Enzyme Engineering, and Biological Instrumental Analysis. She received his Ph.D. from Nanjing Agricultural University in 2021. Her research focuses on the biofilm formation mechanisms of pathogenic bacteria and their prevention and control strategies. She has published multiple SCI-indexed papers in journals such as LWT, Food Bioscience, and Biotechnology Journal, and has been awarded the Excellent Talent Start-up Fund of Xuzhou Medical University as the principal investigator.

As a faculty member who balances both research and teaching, she has received the Jiangsu Provincial Excellent Graduation Thesis Team Award. In terms of teaching achievements, she has won the First Prize in the 2025 Xuzhou Medical University Young Faculty Teaching Competition, the Second Prize in the 5th and 6th Jiangsu Provincial University Young Faculty Teaching Competition.
