In order to effectively improve the teaching innovation level and competition competitiveness of young teachers in the School, on November 10, the School specially invited Professor Mou Jie from the School of Pharmacy to provide systematic pre-competition training guidance for the young teachers in the School participating this time. Professor Mou Jie is the person in charge of the national first-class course "Organic Chemistry", a review expert for the National Natural Science Foundation, a thesis review expert for the Degree and Graduate Education Development Center of the Ministry of Education, and a high-tech enterprise certification expert in Jiangsu Province. He has won the first prize in the Jiangsu Province College Teacher Teaching Innovation Competition for two consecutive years.
During the training, Professor Mou Jie gave a comprehensive and in-depth sharing based on his own competition experience and deep understanding. She first interpreted the notice spirit and policy guidance of the competition to help teachers accurately grasp the requirements of the competition. Subsequently, a detailed analysis was conducted focusing on the preparation points and scoring standards of the application materials, providing clear guidance for teachers to optimize teaching design and condense the highlights of education and teaching innovation. In addition, Professor Mou Jie also demonstrated and explained in detail his award-winning teaching innovation report on site, from the condensation of innovative ideas, the combing of practical processes to the display of teaching results, which provided a valuable template and reference for the young teachers of the School who participated in this training. Finally, she shared many practical tips and precautions in terms of content selection, interactive design and technical presentation during the classroom recording session.
