Teacher Fu gave an in-depth and detailed explanation to teachers in the school on "What is a lesson plan?" and "How to write a lesson plan?" based on many years of teaching experience, including what issues should be considered when writing lesson plans, how to integrate ideological and political elements into professional teaching, what teaching methods to use, and how to summarize and reflect on personal teaching, etc. At the same time, Teacher Fu shared with the teachers of the school how to communicate and interact with students emotionally in the classroom, how to internalize the new teaching concepts learned and integrate and innovate them to suit their own students, so as to better help students learn. In addition, Teacher Fu also specially selected excellent lesson plans from well-known medical universities such as Capital Medical University and Army Medical University to communicate and share with the teachers of the school.
