To strengthen curriculum-based ideological and political education at the University, identify the moral and civic education elements embedded in different courses, and promote coordination between dedicated ideological and political courses and values education across the curriculum, Xuzhou Medical University organized its 2021 selection of demonstration courses and demonstration classes. Following individual applications, preliminary selection and recommendation by schools, expert review, and University approval, courses taught by Liu Yong and Liu Yingkui of the School of Life Sciences were selected as university-level demonstration courses for curriculum-based ideological and political education.
