On June 23, 2021, a group of four people including Dr. Jin Lei, Chief Operating Officer of Wuxi Baiaode Bioscience Co., Ltd., came to the School of Life Sciences for a visit and exchange. The two parties had in-depth discussions on scientific research cooperation, talent training and other aspects, which enhanced mutual understanding and further established a school-enterprise cooperation platform.
Wuxi Baiaode Bioscience Co., Ltd. was jointly founded by Shuangliang Group, one of the "Top 500 Chinese Enterprises", and a number of returned scientists with experience in international pharmaceutical companies. Since its establishment in 2009, the company has been committed to providing early-stage R&D CRO services for new drugs "based on complex protein preparation and structural biology as its core competitiveness" to global innovative drug R&D institutions, promoting structure-based drug discovery (SBDD), and building an international brand in the field of structural biology.
