In order to promote the teaching level of teachers in the school and improve the quality of student training in the school, on April 23, the School held a meeting of the School of Life Sciences Teaching Supervision Expert Group in Conference Room 822 of the main building. The meeting was chaired by Li Chong, Secretary of the Party Branch and Executive Vice Dean of the School, and members of the supervision group attended the meeting.
Secretary Li Chong first briefly introduced the composition of the teaching supervision expert group of the school and the significance of its establishment. Later, Secretary Li Chong communicated and discussed with the experts and teachers of the teaching supervision group on the school’s lecture attendance system (draft) and teaching supervision group procedures (draft). At the meeting, everyone spoke freely and put forward many targeted and feasible opinions and suggestions on the school’s lecture system and teaching supervision group procedures. He also said that listening to lectures and teaching supervision can help young teachers grow up quickly, and middle-aged teachers can find and fill vacancies, update teaching concepts, broaden teaching ideas, and at the same time help students change their learning attitudes and improve the quality of learning.
Through this meeting, the school's lecture observation system (draft) and regulations for the teaching supervision group (draft) were further improved. This is of great significance to the school's future teaching ethos, learning ethos, teaching order, and teaching operations. It provides an important foundation for the school to fulfill the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education to a high standard.
