In order to ensure the stability of the teaching operation order at the beginning of the semester, we will further standardize teaching management and strengthen quality control to fully prepare for the teaching work of this semester. On March 19, the School carried out the mutual inspection of the teaching and research offices at the beginning of the second semester of the 2020-2021 academic year in Conference Room 822 of the main teaching building. Liu Yi, deputy dean of the school, directors of the teaching and research offices such as cell biology and neurobiology, biotechnology, experimental zoology, and genetics, and some teachers participated in this work.
Liu Yi, the deputy dean of the school, attaches great importance to this work and requires all teachers to take this work strictly and seriously. Through this mutual review work, they can check for omissions and fill vacancies, learn from each other, and learn from each other's good experience and methods to ensure the continuous improvement and progress of the teaching quality and talent training quality of the school.
In this work, teachers conducted mutual checks based on the "Xuzhou Medical University Test Paper Inspection and Scoring Standards" and "School of Life Sciences Online Exam Paper Inspection and Scoring Standards" lists. At the same time, they checked each other's collective lesson preparation and other teaching-related records. The inspection results were all good.
In addition, during the mutual review process, the directors of each teaching and research office communicated and shared what they had done well, and also discussed how to make some project materials and collective lesson preparation and other teaching materials better. Through this mutual inspection work, each teaching and research section can learn from each other, grow and make progress together, and be fully prepared for the next teaching work and talent cultivation of the school.
