The school is home to 22 doctoral supervisors and 88 master’s supervisors. Over the past five years, it has trained 19 doctoral students and 249 master’s students. Graduate students have earned 16 national scholarships and secured 32 projects through the Jiangsu Provincial Scientific Research and Practice Innovation Program. They have published 222 papers, including 52 authored by graduate students as first authors, 18 of which are indexed in SCI, with the highest impact factor reaching 37.3. The graduate employment rate stands at 100%, encompassing both employment and further studies, with over 95% engaged in professional or closely related fields.
