On the morning of November 28, the signing and plaque awarding ceremony for the authorization of “High-Quality Student Base” between Xuzhou Medical University and Pizhou Mingde Experimental School was held in the conference room on the second floor of Chongde Building at Pizhou Mingde Experimental School. This marks the third key middle school in Jiangsu Province to establish such a cooperative relationship with our university, following Xuzhou No. 1 Middle School and Jiangsu Yunhe Middle School. Entrusted by the university, Li Chong, Secretary of the General Party Branch of our School, and Liu Yi, Vice Dean, attended the ceremony. They conducted the signing and plaque awarding activities together with Li Hongfei, Party Secretary and Principal, and Geng Changsong, Vice Principal of Pizhou Mingde Experimental School.
At the ceremony, Li Chong gave a detailed introduction to the university’s basic overview, faculty team, enrollment and employment conditions, educational philosophy, major construction and advanced teaching facilities. He expressed sincere gratitude to Pizhou Mingde Experimental School for continuously delivering a large number of high-quality students to Xuzhou Medical University in recent years. Meanwhile, he expressed the willingness to further strengthen bilateral exchanges and cooperation, and welcome more outstanding students to apply for admission to our university.
Subsequently, Li Hongfei, Party Secretary and Principal of Pizhou Mingde Experimental School, introduced the school’s development history, school-running conditions, development plans and strategic goals, and reviewed the long-standing friendly ties between the two institutions. He stated that the school would keep improving its teaching quality, strive to send more excellent students to receive higher education at Xuzhou Medical University, and jointly cultivate high-caliber talents for the country.
At the end of the event, the two sides officially signed the cooperation agreement and held the official plaque awarding ceremony for the “High-Quality Student Base”.
