On the afternoon of December 22, Dean Chen Xi of the Preparatory School of Life Sciences, Nanjing Medical University, and his delegation visited our school to conduct research and exchanges on specialty construction and talent cultivation. The school’s leadership team attended the exchange activity.
Dean Gao Can delivered a welcome speech and introduced the general overview of the university and the School of Life Sciences. Vice Dean Liu Yi shared the school’s experience and practices in the Undergraduate Education and Teaching Audit Evaluation organized by the Ministry of Education. The two sides conducted in-depth discussions on a series of key topics, including undergraduate specialty setup, talent cultivation objectives and characteristic measures, faculty team building, practical teaching platforms, industry-university-research cooperation mechanisms, and the construction of life science disciplines relying on medical disciplinary advantages.
